Is Glo Pasticceria related to Glo Gelato?
Yes, Glo Pasticceria is run by the same team behind Glo Gelato next door, extending the family's Italian dessert tradition into cakes, biscotti and desserts.
What kind of desserts do you make?
Traditional Italian cakes, biscotti and desserts, made the way they're meant to be — by hand, made to order, using time-honoured techniques rather than shortcuts or preservatives.
Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to surrounding inner-city suburbs. Enter your postcode at checkout to check if you're covered.
What if I'm outside your delivery area?
Email us and we can put together a custom delivery quote for your location.
How much notice do you need for an order?
Our minimum lead time is 4 days, but we'd always recommend ordering as early as you can — we have limited production capacity each week, and once that's booked out, we close new orders until the following week.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, orders can be collected in-store from our Carlton location.
Are your cakes made fresh, or do you keep stock on hand?
Everything is made to order, one at a time - nothing is pre-made or frozen ahead of time. That's part of why we ask for a lead time on orders.
